Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AMOON Trading and Interior Design, Commercial Registration 207420, Doha, Qatar. By visiting, registering, purchasing, connecting an account or using AMOON, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, any plan terms and any accepted quotation or order.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Accounts, organizations and security

Provide accurate, current information; maintain one appropriate account; protect credentials and two-factor authentication; and notify AMOON promptly of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity by you and authorized team members. Do not share private credentials or bypass access controls. AMOON may request reasonable identity, business or payment verification.

AMOON services, plans and trials

AMOON may provide OS tools, company profiles, Live, SMMA and Ads Manager, AI, Academy, Interior Design, Shop, Hub, CRM, ERP, website building and hosting, quotations, invoices, RFQs, jobs, notifications and related professional services. Features, limits, included usage and support depend on the active plan, checkout, quotation or written scope.

Trials and free allowances are limited, may require registration, and may automatically restrict premium features when the stated period or allowance ends. Unless checkout expressly states automatic renewal, a trial does not itself authorize a charge. We may change or discontinue free features with reasonable notice where practical.

Custom design, fit-out, marketing or professional projects may have separate quotations, approvals, milestones, change orders and delivery terms; those specific written terms control where they conflict with these general Terms.

Website builder, publishing and hosting

AMOON may generate, edit, preview, host or export websites using information and content you provide, licensed stock media and connected tools. Temporary AMOON URLs or subdomains remain subject to availability and plan limits. Custom domains, DNS, email, hosting, licences and third-party services may require separate purchase or configuration.

You are responsible for reviewing the published website, ownership and accuracy of text, logos and media, privacy notices, cookies, accessibility, product claims and legal compliance. AMOON may disable malware, phishing, infringement, unlawful commerce or abusive resource use. Hosting and storage are provided on a reasonable-availability basis without a promise of uninterrupted uptime.

AI-assisted features

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to another output or unsuitable for your purpose. Review all facts, prices, legal claims, campaigns, code and designs before use. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, engineering or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions and published material. Usage may be rate-limited by plan and abusive or prohibited prompts may be blocked. AMOON does not use connected Google Ads data to train generalized AI models.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to use it and to instruct AMOON to process, adapt, display, publish or transmit it. You grant AMOON a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transform and deliver that content only as needed to operate the requested service, protect the platform and meet legal duties.

AMOON owns its platform, software, workflows, interface, branding, templates, documentation and underlying technology. Except for rights expressly granted in a paid deliverable, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or exploit AMOON technology. Third-party stock, fonts, plugins and platforms remain governed by their licences.

Prices, payments, wallet and refunds

Prices, currency, billing period, taxes, included usage and fees shown at checkout or in an accepted quotation apply. You authorize the selected payment method. Subscriptions renew only where disclosed and authorized; you may stop future renewal through available account controls or by contacting us.

The AMOON Wallet is a platform credit and transaction ledger, not a bank account, deposit, investment or stored-value banking service. Credits have no interest and are withdrawable or transferable only where expressly offered or required by law. Third-party advertising spend, payment processing and already delivered digital or custom work may be non-refundable.

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the applicable quotation and mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use

You must not use AMOON to:

• break law, platform rules, sanctions, advertising standards or another person’s rights;
• publish fraud, impersonation, hate, harassment, exploitation, dangerous goods, deceptive claims or illegal content;
• send spam, scrape without authority, buy or upload unlawful data, or contact people without a lawful basis;
• introduce malware, probe security, evade limits, automate abusive traffic or interfere with service;
• upload secrets, payment credentials or personal information you are not authorized to process;
• resell access, misuse APIs or use output to develop a competing platform in violation of applicable rights.

We may remove content, limit actions, preserve evidence or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or protection of users.

Availability, warranties and liability

AMOON is provided with reasonable skill and care, but internet services, AI and third-party platforms may be interrupted, changed or inaccurate. Except for express commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, services are provided “as available” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, profit, campaign performance or compatibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or third-party platform action. AMOON’s aggregate liability arising from an affected paid service is limited to the amount paid to AMOON for that service during the three months before the event. This does not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

You will be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized campaign, misuse or breach of these Terms.

Suspension, cancellation and changes

You may stop using AMOON, disconnect platforms or request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct or third-party requirement, with notice where reasonable. On termination, licences end and access to hosted data may cease; export important data before closure. Provisions intended to survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers and dispute terms—remain effective.

We may update these Terms for new services, security, law or operational changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The competent courts of Qatar have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
