Privacy Policy
How AMOON collects, uses, protects and gives you control over information across the AMOON platform.
AMOON does not sell your personal information or connected Google user data. We use access only to provide features you request, secure the platform and meet legal obligations.
Scope and controller
This Policy applies to amoon.qa, AMOON OS and its connected modules, including company profiles, Live, SMMA and Ads Manager, AMOON AI, Academy, Interior Design, Shop, Hub, CRM, ERP, website builder, wallet, quotations, invoices, RFQs, jobs, notifications, applications and support services.
AMOON Trading and Interior Design, Commercial Registration 207420, Doha, Qatar ("AMOON", "we", "us") is the controller of personal information handled for these services, except where a third party acts as an independent controller under its own policy.
Information we collect
Business and public profile
Company name, activity, address, website, social links, logo, portfolio, products, services, contacts and information you choose to publish.
Content and work data
Messages, comments, posts, RFQs, leads, campaigns, briefs, AI prompts and outputs, designs, websites, files, images, videos, documents, product and inventory data.
Transactions
Orders, quotations, invoices, wallet entries, ad budgets, billing status, payment references, refund records and provider confirmation. Card credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider, not stored as full card details by AMOON.
Connected services
OAuth identifiers, access and refresh tokens, platform account/page identifiers, permissions and data requested from services you connect, such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Shopify or WooCommerce.
Technical and security
IP address, browser, device, operating system, approximate location, cookie identifiers, referral pages, access logs, errors, security events and fraud or abuse signals.
We receive information directly from you, from your organization, from connected services you authorize, from public business sources, and automatically when you use the platform.
How and why we use information
- Provide, personalize and maintain the AMOON services you request.
- Create accounts, authenticate users, remember language/currency and protect access.
- Build websites and content, operate campaigns, display analytics and synchronize authorized platform data.
- Process orders, subscriptions, wallet entries, quotations, invoices, support and service communications.
- Moderate content, prevent fraud, spam, malware, misuse and security threats.
- Improve reliability, performance, accessibility and product experience using aggregated or de-identified insights where practical.
- Comply with accounting, tax, regulatory, court and other lawful obligations.
Depending on the context, processing is based on your consent and instructions, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing AMOON, or compliance with law. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Google user data and connected platforms
When you choose Connect Google Ads, AMOON requests the Google Ads authorization scope needed to view and manage the Google Ads accounts you select. Depending on your action, AMOON may access account and customer IDs, account names, campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, budgets, targeting, performance metrics, conversion information and related configuration. AMOON never asks for or receives your Google password.
Google data is used only to authenticate the connection, list accounts and campaigns, display reporting, and create or manage advertising actions that you request. OAuth tokens are kept server-side with restricted access and are not exposed publicly. We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
AMOON’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Human access is limited to what is necessary for security, legal compliance or support requested by you and permitted by Google policy.
Meta, TikTok, Shopify, WooCommerce and other integrations are activated only when you choose to connect them. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply. You can disconnect a platform in AMOON, revoke Google access from Google Account Connections, or contact us to request deletion of eligible connection data.
AI features and automated processing
Prompts, selected project context and files may be sent to configured AI service providers to generate text, analysis, layouts or other requested output. Do not submit passwords, card data, confidential government identifiers or information you are not permitted to process. AMOON may apply usage limits, safety filters and automated abuse detection. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before publication or business decisions. Connected Google Ads data is not used to train generalized AI models.
When information is shared
We disclose only what is reasonably necessary:
- Service providers: hosting, Cloudflare security and storage, email, analytics, customer support, AI, media delivery, payment and infrastructure providers acting under appropriate duties.
- Connected services: Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, WooCommerce or another platform when you direct AMOON to read, publish, synchronize or manage information.
- Your organization and audience: authorized team members, recipients and the public when you intentionally publish or share content.
- Legal and safety: competent authorities or advisers when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, AMOON or others.
- Business change: a legitimate successor in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale, subject to confidentiality and applicable law.
AMOON does not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit trails, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet accounting or legal requirements. Connected tokens and imported platform data are deleted or deactivated when no longer needed, when the connection is revoked, or following an eligible deletion request, subject to backups and mandatory retention. Temporary uploads may have shorter deletion periods where stated in the relevant feature.
Measures include encrypted HTTPS transport, access controls, server-side credential storage, account authentication, logging, backups, Cloudflare protections and restricted administrative access. No internet service can promise absolute security; notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, including Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion or restriction of eligible personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; change communication preferences; and complain to the competent authority.
You can update profile information in AMOON, disconnect integrations, revoke third-party permissions or email [email protected]. We may verify your identity before acting. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, transactions or legal claims.
Updates and contact
We may update this Policy when services, integrations or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here and the effective date will be updated.
