Accounts and company information

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use AMOON for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, malware, harassment, infringement, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to bypass platform security. AMOON may restrict or suspend accounts to protect users and the platform.

User and company content

You retain responsibility for content you submit and confirm that you have permission to use it. You grant AMOON the limited rights necessary to host, display and process that content for the requested service.

Services and third parties

Service scope, timing and deliverables may depend on the selected package or written quotation. Third-party services, links and payment providers are governed by their own terms and availability.

Prices and transactions

Prices and inclusions displayed at checkout or in an accepted quotation apply to that transaction. Taxes, third-party charges or advertising spend are included only when clearly stated.

Availability and liability

AMOON works to keep services available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct losses reasonably connected to the affected paid service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
